Description

A delicious and easy cinnamon roll bake, perfect for breakfast or brunch!


Ingredients

  • 2 cans Refrigerated Grands Cinnamon Rolls (17 oz cans – 5 cinnamon rolls in each)
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 8 Tablespoons Butter (divided)
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and spray a 9X13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Place the cinnamon rolls in an even layer in the pan and set the icing that comes with the cinnamon roll packages aside for later.
  3. Pour the heavy whipping cream over the cinnamon rolls, ensuring it gets between the rolls.
  4. In a small mixing bowl, melt 4 tablespoons of the butter and stir in the brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Pour this mixture evenly over the top of the cinnamon rolls.
  5. Cover the pan with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown the cinnamon rolls.
  6. Remove the cinnamon rolls from the oven and let them set while you prepare the frosting.
  7. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, place the remaining butter and cream cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds to soften them, then beat with a hand-held mixer.
  8. Add in the 2 packages of icing and powdered sugar. Beat with the mixer until the icing is creamy.
  9. Spread the icing evenly over the cinnamon rolls. Serve while warm and enjoy!
