Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground chicken and cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add the chopped onion and cook for an additional 2 minutes until translucent.
- Stir in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and minced garlic until well mixed and heated through.
- Remove from heat and spoon the mixture into washed lettuce leaves, serving with cilantro and lime.
