- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar (to balance richness)
- 2 tbsp Green onions (chopped finely)

- 1 cup Vegetables (like bell peppers or carrots, sautéed)
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a rolling boil over high heat.
- Gently add your lo mein noodles to the boiling water, stirring occasionally. Cook according to package instructions, usually about 3-5 minutes.
- Once cooked, carefully drain the noodles in a colander and rinse them under cold water.
- In a large bowl, drizzle a tablespoon of sesame oil over the drained noodles and toss gently until evenly coated.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Add the sauce to the oiled noodles and toss until everything is well combined.
- Garnish with sliced green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
