- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice (fresh juice preferred)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard (yellow mustard can be substituted)
- 1 teaspoon Paprika (smoked paprika is a great option)
- 1 tablespoon Herbs (like parsley and thyme, or mix in oregano or basil)
- 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Prep the Chicken: Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the Chicken: Melt butter in a skillet, add chicken, and sauté for 7-8 minutes, flip and cook for additional 7 minutes until golden brown.
- Make the Buttery Sauce: Lower heat, add garlic, sauté for 1 minute, then add lemon juice, mustard, paprika, and herbs, stirring for 2-3 minutes.
- Toss and Coat: Return chicken to skillet, toss in sauce until fully coated and cook for another minute.
- Serve: Transfer to a serving platter, garnish with herbs and serve with lemon wedges.
