- 1 lb breakfast sausage (choose mild or spicy for your preferred flavor kick)
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies (10 oz, well drained)
- 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
- 0 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the breakfast sausage, shredded cheddar, well-drained Rotel, Bisquick, and optional garlic powder.
- Mix well using your hands until fully combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
