Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage (choose mild or spicy for your preferred flavor kick)
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies (10 oz, well drained)
  • 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • 0 tsp garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the breakfast sausage, shredded cheddar, well-drained Rotel, Bisquick, and optional garlic powder.
