- 1 cup mini marshmallows

- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and measure accordingly.
- In your crockpot, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter; stir until smooth.
- Set the crockpot to low heat and cover. Melt for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
- Once melted, fold in mini marshmallows and chopped peanuts.
- Scoop dollops onto parchment-lined baking sheets, spacing them apart.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until hardened.
