Description
A hearty and flavorful skillet dish featuring ground beef and a variety of vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped (any color)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, corn, carrots)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Chop the potatoes, onion, bell pepper, and garlic, as well as gather all remaining ingredients.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, approximately 5-7 minutes. Use a spatula to break it apart evenly.
- Once the beef is cooked, add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the vegetables start to soften.
- Stir in the diced potatoes and mix thoroughly.
- Add the Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Reduce heat to low, cover the skillet, and let it cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
- After the potatoes are cooked, add the frozen mixed vegetables and stir. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through.
- Once done, remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute any of the vegetables according to your preference.
- This dish can be served with rice or bread.
