Description

A delicious and refreshing salad dressing made with fresh ingredients.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup carrots (sliced)
  • 1/3 cup celery (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup onion (diced)
  • 2 teaspoons ginger (peeled and sliced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • 1/3 cup avocado oil
  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1½ tablespoons sugar

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add all of the prepared ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge for at least one hour before serving.
  3. Serve on your favorite salad.
  4. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
