Description
A delicious and refreshing salad dressing made with fresh ingredients.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup carrots (sliced)
- 1/3 cup celery (sliced)
- 1/2 cup onion (diced)
- 2 teaspoons ginger (peeled and sliced)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic (minced)
- 1/3 cup avocado oil
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1½ tablespoons sugar
Instructions
- In a blender, add all of the prepared ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge for at least one hour before serving.
- Serve on your favorite salad.
- Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
