This delicious Crockpot BBQ Chicken is perfect for a hearty meal!
Ingredients

- 2½–3 pounds chicken thighs or wings
- 1½ cups BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Mix BBQ sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
- Place the chicken in the crockpot and pour the sauce mixture over it.
- Cook on low for 5–6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Remove the lid during the last 30 minutes if you want a thicker sauce.
- Optional: Broil the cooked chicken for 3–4 minutes for caramelized edges.
- Serve topped with chopped chives.
