Description
This refreshing crab salad combines the flavors of crab meat with a creamy dressing and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

- 450 g crab meat (or quality canned crab)
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
- 1 small red onion, finely sliced
- 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
- 2 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley, chopped

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Stir until smooth.
- Add celery, red onion, chives, parsley, and gently fold in the crab meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before serving.
