Description

This refreshing crab salad combines the flavors of crab meat with a creamy dressing and fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 450 g crab meat (or quality canned crab)
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
  • 1 small red onion, finely sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add celery, red onion, chives, parsley, and gently fold in the crab meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before serving.
