- 1 recipe cowboy butter, doubled
- To taste salt
Instructions
- To a large skillet over medium heat, add cowboy butter. Once the butter has melted, add mushrooms. Stir to combine.
- Cook, stirring occasionally for about 20-22 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender and have a nice golden color.
- Serve.
