Description

This delicious chocolate coconut fudge is easy to make and perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.


Ingredients

  • 14 ounces coconut condensed milk (or standard condensed milk)
  • 2 cups + 2 tablespoons chocolate (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine your condensed milk with chocolate. Microwave in 20-second spurts until the chocolate is mostly melted.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and whisk together until smooth.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the lined pan and refrigerate for at least an hour, to firm up.
  5. Once firm, slice into pieces.
