Description
A delicious garlic herb cheese bread that is perfect as a side dish or a snack.
Ingredients
Scale

- 2 teaspoons Active Dry Yeast (ensure it’s fresh for best results)
- 1 tablespoon Sugar (can replace with honey)
- 1 teaspoon Salt (avoid overuse to keep dough from becoming dense)
- 1 cup Warm Water (should be around 110°F)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (can replace with melted butter)
- 0 cups Butter (softened, use unsalted to control salt levels)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced, can substitute with garlic powder)
- 1 tablespoon Dried Italian Herb Blend (fresh herbs can be used but adjust quantity)
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (melts beautifully for gooey texture)
- 0 cup Parmesan Cheese (adds savory depth, can use pecorino Romano)
- 0 cups Fresh Parsley (chopped, recommended for a pop of greenery)
