A delicious creamy chicken dish made easily in the slow cooker.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 packets chicken gravy mix
- 1 can (10 ounces) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle gravy mix and garlic powder over the chicken.
- Spoon cream of chicken soup on top and spread evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
- Once tender, shred the chicken with two forks directly in the slow cooker.
- Stir in the sour cream until smooth and creamy.
- Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles. Garnish with parsley or pepper if desired.
