A refreshing smoothie made with fresh or frozen raspberries, peaches, and banana, blended with almond milk for a healthy treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 cup fresh or frozen peaches, sliced
- 1 banana, peeled
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker texture)
Instructions
- If using fresh fruit, wash and slice the peaches and raspberries as needed. If using frozen fruit, there’s no need to thaw.
- Place the raspberries, peaches, and banana into a blender.
- Pour in the almond milk to facilitate blending.
- If you desire additional sweetness, add honey or maple syrup at this stage.
- For added nutrition, sprinkle in chia seeds to the blender.
- Pulse on medium speed for about 1–2 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.
- If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again until well combined.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or fruit levels as necessary.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy!

- This smoothie can be enjoyed any time of the day and is a great way to add fruits to your diet.
