Description

This delicious Oreo cream cheese dessert is easy to make and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth in a separate bowl. Gradually add powdered sugar until well blended.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture along with vanilla extract.
  4. Spread half of the cream cheese filling over the crust, sprinkle crushed Oreos on top, then add the remaining filling layer and smooth out.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
