- 8 oz fettuccine or linguine
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by gathering everything you need.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and season the steak with Cajun seasoning. Sear for about 4 minutes on each side for medium-rare; remove from skillet and then remove from heat.
- For the Alfredo sauce, melt butter in the skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until creamy.
- Toss cooked pasta with the sauce, adding sliced steak and shrimp until evenly coated. Serve hot.

- For spicier flavor, increase the amount of Cajun seasoning.
