Description

A delicious bread made with almond flour, perfect for a healthy diet.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 3/4 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon olive oil (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (* See notes)
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Line an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan with parchment paper, reserving an inch on all sides for easy removal.
  2. In a small bowl, add the almond flour, baking soda, and salt and mix well.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, maple syrup, and apple cider vinegar.
  4. Gently stir through the dry ingredients until combined.
  5. Transfer the batter to the lined pan.
  6. Bake the bread for 35 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan completely, before slicing and serving.

  • Maple syrup can be adjusted based on sweetness preference.
