A delicious bundt cake with a spiced glaze.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar (for spiced glaze)
- 1 tsp cinnamon (for spiced glaze)
- A pinch of nutmeg (for spiced glaze)
- 2 tbsp milk or cream (for spiced glaze, adjust as needed)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and mix in milk and vanilla extract. Combine with dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Pour batter into the bundt pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the cake before making the glaze by whisking powdered sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and enough milk for desired consistency.
- Drizzle glaze over the cooled cake before serving.
Notes
- Make sure the eggs are at room temperature before starting.
- Adjust the amount of milk in the glaze for your desired consistency.
