  • 2 tbsp milk or cream (for spiced glaze, adjust as needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs and mix in milk and vanilla extract. Combine with dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Pour batter into the bundt pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Cool the cake before making the glaze by whisking powdered sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and enough milk for desired consistency.
