Description

A savory turkey meatloaf packed with flavor and simple ingredients, perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound extra lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon grated red onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime (zest and juice)
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Add all ingredients together in a mixing bowl; then form into a rectangle shape and place in an oven safe baking dish.
  3. Bake for approximately 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 175 degrees F.
  4. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing into 5 pieces.
