- Transfer the soaked dates to a high-powered blender with the solid part of the coconut milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a jar and stir in vanilla, salt, and cinnamon until well incorporated.
- Let the caramel cool completely before covering and refrigerating.
