Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup water chestnuts (diced)
- 1 cup green onions (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp oil (for cooking)
- 1 head iceberg lettuce (leaves separated)
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
- Mix in water chestnuts and green onions, cooking for a few more minutes.
- Serve in lettuce leaves, allowing everyone to wrap their own.
