Delicious and savory stuffed chicken breasts filled with a creamy broccoli and cheese mixture, baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets, steamed and chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (can be swapped for mozzarella or gouda)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Optional fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the steamed broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  3. Carefully slice a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  4. Generously fill each chicken breast pocket with the broccoli and cheese mixture.
